Stack Span AI is operated by Thirty3 Investments LLC, based in California, United States. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us or book a project discussion.

Information you share

Our forms collect your first and last name, work email, company, project focus and description. Discussion requests also collect your preferred contact method, a phone number if provided, and a preferred contact date and time in Pacific Time. Requested times are confirmed separately. A source or campaign identifier included in the link you followed may be saved with your submission. If you email us or book a discussion, we also receive the contact details, correspondence, meeting details and notes you provide. Please do not send passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information through these channels.

How we use information

We use this information to assess and respond to requests, arrange discussions, prepare proposals, provide services and maintain business records. We use inquiry source information to understand which contact paths are useful. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional messages.

Service providers and disclosure

Our hosting, database, authentication, email, calendar and booking providers process information needed to operate these services. The website and discussion-request forms use OpenAI Sites hosting; business email and confirmed calendar appointments use Microsoft 365. Authorized personnel may review information in our private workspace. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Website security, cookies and tracking

The application uses a daily keyed digest of a network address and submission counts to limit form abuse; it does not store the raw IP address in inquiry records. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information, including network addresses and session data, to deliver and secure their services. Sign-in and session cookies may be used where access requires authentication.

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers. Our application does not track visitors across third-party websites and does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. External services, including Microsoft's booking pages and social platforms, operate under their own privacy notices when you visit them.

Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including active discussions, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the relationship and information involved. Access to the acquisition workspace is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and may retain information where required by law or necessary for legitimate recordkeeping. Please describe your request without sending identity documents or sensitive information unless we arrange a suitable method.
